Garstang By Pass Road, Garstang, 01995 603737 - We get daily deliveries from this local family run farm shop, supplying us with local fresh fruit and vegetables, letting us know when a product comes in to season to maintain the most up to date and freshest menus we can. Their home grown rhubarb we serve comes out of the ground less than 6 miles down the road that same morning!
Lanigan’s of Lytham
74 Clifton Street, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 5EW. 01253 736203 - Andrew Lanigan and his family have been close friends of my parents since I was little and so when we set up The Weird Fish it was only natural that we use Lanigan’s as one of our local suppliers. We get some Fish & Seafood, Game & Wild Fowl, (sourced from local estates depending on the season.), from Andrew whose produce is renowned for being fresh and of excellent quality sourcing his seafood from the our nearest and fruitful coastline.
Shoreway Fishmonger’s
Market Place, Garstang - Shoreway fishmongers are a brilliant local shop with fresh produce arriving daily from Fleetwood and the Fylde Coast. Damien ensures he keeps in avid contact with out chefs so we never miss out on the big catch of the day!
Thompson’s Bakers of Distinction
Moor Park Avenue, Bispham 01253 353065 - We have used Thompson’s Bakers for our breads for our daytime menu since we opened and they are one of the best suppliers we have, delivering consistent high quality and providing a service second to none in terms of going that extra mile to help us out. Barry and his wife are also two of our favourite regulars so we get to chat breads and ideas all the time!
Walling’s ice Cream, Cockerham
www.wallingsfarm.co.uk - When it comes to ice cream in Lancashire there is one place and one place only you can go & that is Walling’s of Cockerham. Peter Walling and family are a huge asset to our area and their ice cream is to die for, we carry some, not all, of their divine 34 flavours, Turkish Delight is my favourite!
Shepherd’s Dairy
Moon’s Farm, Catterall, Garstang 01995 600849. We get all of our dairy from Shepard’s delivered daily, being 5 minutes down the road ensures the milk comes from cow to cup in a matter of hours!
